RETURNS AND EXCHANGE.

You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose we must receive the merchandise within 14 days from the date it was shipped to you. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Exchange of product is permissible only once per item. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all styles available and under such circumstances the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. To return an item, the customer must write to us at customercare@ilexlondon.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange and at our sole discretion to receive a refund. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.

Please note we do not offer exchanges for alternative items, colours or sizes. An exchange is placed as a new order. This will involve placing a new order and taking payment details from you again. You will be refunded for any returned item(s) in line with the refund policy stated above.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange are as follows:-
We understand that you not be happy with your purchase. You are eligible for an exchange up to 7 Days from date of receipt of item(s). Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:
(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags
(b) Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
(c) Shipping Cost for Returns/Exchanges must be borne by the sender.
(d) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same style, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

RETURN POLICY FOR INCORRECT/FAULTY PRODUCT RECEIVED.*

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is in some way faulty, please contact customercare@ilexlondon.com immediately quoting your order number and details of the product you had purchased and stating the problem along with photos depicting the nature of problem. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return. Faulty products will be assessed and if appropriate we will either credit your login account for the value of the product or action a repair or replacement. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same style, subject to availability. Faulty goods would have to be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product. If the goods do not reach us within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return.

*Terms & Conditions: all goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which insures the value of the goods, as well as retaining your proof of postage. In order to process a credit or replacement, the goods must reach us intact, undamaged and in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of goods.

REFUND FOR NON DELIVERY.

We will issue a full refund for items purchased online which could not be delivered due to unavailability of the product. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact customercare@ilexlondon so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.
We will contact you by email to let you know that your refund has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to process from receipt by our Returns Department.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR INCORRECT /FAULTY PRODUCT RECEIVED

The process of return is stated in the following

1. Go to Initiate Return Request Form.
2. Fill up all information on the page.
3. Enter the date, quantity and reason for return for the product that needs to be returned and submit the form.
4. Our customer care will contact you by email and provide you with a control no. and the courier details for shipping.
5. Please enter the control no. and the courier details given to you by customer care in the Return Note.
6. Print the return label or take note of the return address and ensure your package includes the original order packing slip.
7. Contact the courier representative in your city as informed to you by customer care. Provide the control no. and courier account no. and ask them to pick up the goods.

PLEASE NOTE

The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.
Please quote your order reference number in all correspondence and ensure you include the original invoice with your parcel.
